Configure the Beslist - Product Feed

General Fields 
Data: Name
Set the right attribute used for the name, you can also generate a custom name using your attributes, for example;
Beslist Winkelwagen Connect - MM-036 -

Data: Description
The description is a required field for the feed. Select the attribute that will be using this value.

Data: Brand
Select the correct attribute to connect the Brand label.

Data: EAN
Select the correct attribute to connect the EAN label.

Images
Data: Only Base image
Only include the base image in the Feed

Data: Default First Image
Set the prefered image for the first image

Data: Default second Image
Set the prefered image for the second image

Additional Fields
Data: SKU
Select the correct attribute to connect the SKU.

Data: Size (Apparel)
Select the correct attribute to connect the Color label. This is especially important for Apparel.

Multiple attribute for Size
When your using more attributes for size, as size for cloth and size for shoe, select the multiple attributes here.

Data: Size (Apparel)
Select the correct attribute to connect the non apparel size attribute.

Data: Color
If available, select the correct attribute to connect the Color label.

Data: Material
If available, select the correct attribute to connect the Material label.

Data: Gender
If available, select the correct attribute to connect the Gender label.

Important note: To generate the model code for Beslist.nl this attributes as material and size has to be a selection on the configurable product creation so the products van be grouped.

Set a static delivery time for all your products.
Delivery time - in stock : Set the right delivery time for products that are in stock.
Delivery time - out of stock : Set the right delivery time for products that are out of stock.

Config: Use Attribute
Set a custom shipping time attribute for specific products. It's also possible to use 1 attribute for multiple custom fields, you can do this by easily seperate them with a comma, eg; levertijd_NL,Levertijd_BE -> Attribute: Levertijd.

Delivery time - in stock : Set the right delivery time for products that are in stock.
Delivery time - out of stock : Set the right delivery time for products that are out of stock.

1 A. Category
To get the best position on Beslist.nl it's imported to specify your products in the right categories.

By default your Magento Category structure is added to the feed but you als need to specify the categories by Beslist.nl their taxanomy.
You can set the category on default level for your store and on category level under Catalog -> Categories -> Feeds, it's also possible to add a custom category path on category level.

We advise to specify the categories for Beslist.nl for all the categories especially the deepest categories.

Type: Beslist Categories
Use the Beslist Category tree for your feed to specify your product categories.

Type: Use Attribute
Use a custom Category specification for your feed. You can use the custom category tree using attributes like; Store > > MM-036

Exclude Categories
You can exclude the category from the feed under Catalog -> Categories -> Feeds, exclude for Beslist. In this way you can easily clean up your category structure by hiding categories like "new", "sale" and "hot" for example.

Google Analytics Tracking
UTM code: 

When your using Google Analytics you can add your UTM tags right here, eg. utm_source=beslist&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=beslist

Tax Customization
By default prices are shown incl. Tax so only change this option if necessary.
If the feed export is without tax it's possible to add it with this option.

Force Tax usage
Set yes to force it from your configuration

Manually Add Tax
Set to yes if you manually want to add a custom tax rate.

Shipping Price
Set the Shipping costs rate based on the product price or based on the product weight.

Based on the product price:
For example: products from 0-50 euro have a shipping price of 50 and products from 51 till 1000 have a shipping distance of 0

Based on the product weight:
For example: products with a weight from 0-100 kg have a shipping price of 15,00 and producst with a shipping price from 101 to 500 have a shipping price of 35,00.

Configurable & Grouped
When using configurable or grouped products you can choose to pull information from the parent products. It's specified as 'Configurable products - non apparel' or 'Apparel' markup so activate the Apparel setting to enable the Apparel markup in your feed. Select in the multiple-select box below the fall-back data for the configurable / grouped products in the feed.
You can select the attributes where you want to use the Parent Data for Simple.

Grouped Price
Set the calculation method when there is a grouped product in the feed.

Extra Features.
You can add product features to your feed when needed, Beslist.nl will display these features besides the product description. Please make sure that you only use this option on request of Beslist.nl to prevent errors.The Fields will be merged as one data row as with the attribute as name. Empty attribute values will be ignored.

Custom Fields
You can add extra custom fields to the feed when needed. Note that Beslist does not support custom fields, so only add these on request of Beslist.nl. It's also possible to use 1 attribute for multiple custom fields, you can do this by easily seperate them with a comma, eg; levertijd_NL,Levertijd_BE -> Attribute: Levertijd.

This option allows you to exclude products from the Beslist.nl feed. To exclude certain products from the Beslist.nl feed, simply select "yes" in the Beslist.nl tab on your product configuration page.

Filter by Category
Enable the Filter by Category setting to exclude or include certain categories.
Select Include by Category to open the category area and select the categories to include.
Select Include by Category to open the category area and select the categories to exclude.

Exclude Products on Stock Level
Select yes to exclude all the products from the feed with the status: are out of stock.

Advanced Filter
Use this filter when you want to use filter settings based on different filter conditions, like "greater than", for example:
If you only want to filter Camera's with 5 megapixel or more set;
Attribute: Megapixel
Condition: Greater Then
Value: 5

4 Stock conditions
You can temporary exclude the products from Beslist.nl that our out of stock until they are back in stock or you can show the delivery time.

Stock Option: Do not display on Beslist.nl
Using this options will exclude the product in the feed using the unavailable/invisible attribute in Beslist.nl feed like; "display:0".

Stock Option: Display with the Delivery Time
Using this options will show the configured delivery time for out of stock products.

Stock Data: Stock status (recommend) in this way you show the products in the feed based on the Magento Stock Status.
With the stock status the delivery time and visibility values will be changed based on the Magento status "In stock" and the Magento status "Out of Stock"

Stock Data: QTY, in this way you show the products in the feed when the QTY is zero but the product could be still in stock as a status.
With the stock data the delivery time and visibility will be based on the QTY of the product stock insetad of the product stock status.

Each store view will have its own Beslist.nl feed. You can easily activate or de-activate the Beslist.nl feed generation at the store level or automatically generate the Beslist.nl feed. In the case that you are not using the cronjob functionality, it is possible to generate the Beslist.nl feed manually.

Feed Generation.
Select if you wish to generate the Beslist.nl feed and the Filename.

Cron.
You may use the automatic generate functionality. This uses your Magento Cronjob >
A cronjob is a daemon which keeps running and gets activated at a certain interval (time period). Please make sure that your default Magento Cron is working. If not, please contact your hosting company for help.

Generated Feeds.
After generating the feed, they are visible in this field separately on store levels. The date and number of the products is shown below the XML link.
