How to Set Up a Facebook Store with Magento 2 Product Feed

Using the Magmodules Facebook Shop plugin for Magento 2, you can easily create an XML product feed that Facebook uses to populate your product catalog. This guide walks you through the process of connecting your Magento products to your Facebook Business Page.

Step 1: Generate the Product Feed in Magento 2

• Go to Stores > Configuration > Magmodules > Facebook Shop.
• Enable the module and set your preferred store view.
• Configure the feed attributes (title, description, price, image, availability, etc.).
• Save the settings and go to Marketing > Feeds to generate the XML feed.
• You will get a unique feed URL such as:
  https://yourdomain.com/media/facebook/feed.xml

Step 2: Create a Facebook Catalog

• Go to Facebook Commerce Manager.
• Click Create Catalog and choose eCommerce > Products.
• Select Upload Product Info.
• Give your catalog a name (e.g., “Magento Feed”).
• Click Create.

Step 3: Add the Magento Feed URL to Facebook

• In your catalog, go to Data Sources > Add Products > Use Data Feeds.
• Select Set a Schedule and paste your feed URL from Magento.
• Choose update frequency (e.g., daily) and set a time.
• Click Next and finish setup.

Facebook will now fetch your Magento products automatically and display them in your store tab on your Business Page.
