Magento 2 TikTok Product Feed Configuration

Configuring the TikTok Product Feed in Magento 2
The TikTok Feed configuration in the Magmodules TikTok extension for Magento 2 controls how product feeds are generated per store view. These feeds are used to sync your Magento catalog with TikTok for catalog ads, dynamic remarketing and product tagging.
On this page you enable the module, configure feed generation and schedule automatic updates via cron.
Who uses the TikTok Product Feed and why
- Merchants who want to advertise their products on TikTok using catalog ads.
- Agencies managing multiple Magento 2 stores that need stable, automated feeds.
- Developers who want a flexible feed setup without custom export scripts.
With a correctly configured TikTok product feed you can:
- Keep product information in TikTok automatically up to date.
- Use dynamic ad formats that show the exact products visitors viewed.
- Avoid manual CSV exports or custom feed scripts.
General settings
Module Enabled
This switch enables or disables the TikTok Feed functionality for the selected configuration scope. Set this to Yes to make the TikTok Feed available in your store.
Version
Displays the installed extension version and gives you the option to check for the latest version.
Feed Generation Settings
Each store view can have its own TikTok feed. You can generate feeds manually or let cron update them automatically.
Enable
Enables feed generation for all configured store views in the grid below. If set to No, no feeds will be generated for this configuration.
Filename
Base filename for the TikTok feed, for example tiktok.xml.
Each store view can still have its own feed file based on this name.
Feeds grid
The Feeds table lists all store views and their corresponding feed file:
- StoreView the Magento store view the feed belongs to.
- Feed file link to the generated feed file, for example
tiktok-1.xml. - Action options such as Copy file location and Run to generate the feed manually.
Use Copy file location to quickly copy the feed URL and paste it into TikTok Ads Manager when you configure your catalog.
Cron and automatic feed generation
Enable
Enables automatic feed generation via Magento cron. When enabled, feeds will be refreshed based on the frequency below.
Frequency
Select how often the cron should regenerate the feeds, for example Daily at 00:00. Choose a frequency that matches how often your catalog changes.
Batch Size
Number of products processed per batch during feed generation. A lower value reduces server load, a higher value speeds up generation on more powerful servers.
Preview Size
Number of products that will be included when generating a preview feed. This is useful for testing the feed structure without processing the full catalog.
