Configure the Kiyoh Review extension in Magento 2

This guide covers all configuration options for Kiyoh Reviews. The extension is configured in Stores → Configuration → Magmodules → Kiyoh and through the account management in Marketing → Kiyoh → Accounts.

General

Basic extension settings.

Location: Stores → Configuration → Magmodules → Kiyoh → General

Setting	Description
Enabled	Master switch for the extension

Accounts

Configure which Kiyoh accounts and reviews to display.

Location: Stores → Configuration → Magmodules → Kiyoh → Accounts

Setting	Description
Accounts	Select which connected accounts to use for this store view
Locale	Choose which language reviews to display (based on review language in Kiyoh)
Select Ratings Scale	Display ratings as 1-5 stars or 1-10 scale

Tip: Different store views can use different accounts, useful for multi-brand setups.

Frontend

Configure the review overview page displayed at /kiyoh/.

Location: Stores → Configuration → Magmodules → Kiyoh → Frontend

Setting	Description
Enable	Show the review overview page on frontend

Filters

Setting	Description
Account Filter	Let visitors filter reviews by account
Accounts	Which accounts to show in the filter dropdown
Locale Filter	Let visitors filter reviews by language
Locale	Which languages to show in the filter dropdown
Rating Filter	Let visitors filter reviews by star rating
Years Filter	Let visitors filter reviews by year

Layout

Setting	Description
Title	Page title shown in browser tab
Meta Description	SEO description for the page
Meta Keywords	SEO keywords for the page
Layout	Page layout (1 column, 2 columns, etc.)
Add Google structured data	Include JSON-LD structured data for rich snippets
Reviews per page	Number of reviews before pagination kicks in

Synchronization

Control how and when reviews and invitations sync.

Location: Stores → Configuration → Magmodules → Kiyoh → Synchronization

Reviews Import

Setting	Description
Import Frequency	How often to check for new reviews (Every Hour, Every 6 Hours, Daily)

Review Invitation Synchronization

Setting	Description
Sync Frequency	How often to process the invitation queue
Order Prefix	Add a prefix to order IDs sent to Kiyoh (useful for multi-store to ensure uniqueness)

Debug & Logging

Troubleshooting tools.

Location: Stores → Configuration → Magmodules → Kiyoh → Debug & Logging

Setting	Description
Debug Mode	Write detailed logs to `var/log/kiyoh/debug.log`

Buttons:

Download/Clear Log - Access log files
Run Selftest - Check extension health and configuration

Store View Configuration

Most settings can be configured per store view. To configure for a specific store:

Select the store view from the Store View dropdown at the top left
Uncheck Use Website or Use Default for settings you want to customize
Configure the setting for this store view
Save

Common multi-store setups:

Different accounts per store view (different brands)
Different locales per store view (Dutch store shows Dutch reviews)
Different frontend page titles per store view
