Get your Magento store connected to Yuki in minutes. This guide walks you through the essential setup steps to start syncing invoices automatically. You'll need your Yuki API key, which you can find in the Yuki web application under your account settings.
Prerequisites
Before you begin:
- Active Yuki account with API access
- Admin access to both Magento and Yuki
- Tax rules configured in Magento (Stores → Tax Rules)
Step 1: Enable the Module
- Go to Stores → Configuration → Accounting → Yuki
- In Yuki (top section), set Enabled to Yes
- Set Synchronization frequency (recommended: Every 15 minutes)
- Click Save Config
Step 2: Connect to Yuki
- In the Connection section, set Enabled to Yes
- Enter your API Key from Yuki
- Click Check Credentials to verify the connection
- Select your Administration from the dropdown
- Click Import Info to import ledger accounts and tax codes from Yuki
- Click Save Config
After successful import, the ledger dropdowns in the next section will be populated with your Yuki accounts.
Step 3: Configure Ledger Accounts
- Go to the Ledger Accounts section
- Configure default ledgers:

- Click Save Config
Step 4: Map Tax Rates
- Go to Accounting → Configuration → Tax Rate Mapping
- For each Magento tax rule, select the corresponding Yuki tax code
- Common mappings:

- Changes save automatically
Step 5: Enable Automation
- Go to Stores → Configuration → Accounting → General
- Set Enabled to Yes
- Configure:
- Auto add invoices and creditmemos: Yes
- Auto add customers: Yes
- Click Save Config
Step 6: Test the Connection
- Create a test order in Magento
- Create an invoice for the order
- Go to Accounting → Data → Invoices
- Verify the invoice appears in the grid
- Wait for cron to run (or manually push via grid action)
- Check Accounting → Synchronisation Logs → Invoice for results
- Verify in Yuki that the invoice was created
You're Done!
Your Magento store is now connected to Yuki. New invoices and credit memos will automatically sync based on your cron schedule.
