The TradeTracker plugin for Magento 2 takes care of both, so you can focus on growing your campaign instead of maintaining feeds and tracking scripts.
This is the official TradeTracker extension for Magento 2, published under the TradeTracker name and developed and maintained by Magmodules as an official TradeTracker partner. It generates your XML product feed, places the TradeTracker conversion pixel on your order confirmation page and brings the status of every TradeTracker transaction back into your Magento admin.
Cancelled and refunded orders are passed on to TradeTracker automatically, DirectLinking is built in, and the extension is free to install.
Create Your TradeTracker Product Feed Automatically
Publishers can only promote what is in your feed. The extension builds a TradeTracker XML product feed for every store view and saves it on a fixed URL that you add to your TradeTracker account once. From then on, TradeTracker picks up your latest prices, stock and products without any manual exports.
You decide what goes into the feed:
- Attribute mapping: connect your own attributes for name, descriptions, EAN, brand, color, material and size, and export the main image plus additional images.
- Prices, delivery and VAT: prices include the currency, delivery costs are set per price range, delivery time follows stock or an attribute, and the VAT percentage TradeTracker requires is filled from an attribute or a fixed value.
- Scheduling: generate the feed daily, every 6, 4 or 2 hours, every hour or on your own cron schedule, or on demand with Generate, Preview and Download in the admin.
UTM tags for Google Analytics can be added to every product URL, so TradeTracker traffic is easy to recognize in your analytics reports.

Track Every Sale With the TradeTracker Conversion Pixel
Publishers are paid on the sales they generate, so tracking has to be right. Enter your Campaign ID and Product ID from TradeTracker and the extension adds the conversion pixel to the order confirmation page. It sends the order number, the order amount excluding VAT and shipping costs, the currency and the voucher code, with an image fallback for visitors without JavaScript.
Different commission per category
Do you pay a different commission on some product groups? Give a category its own TradeTracker Product ID and the extension splits the order amount over the right Product IDs, so each part of the order is registered under the correct commission.
Multi-country campaigns and currency
Running one campaign across several countries? Enable the multi-country tracking group and enter the Tracking Group ID (TGI) from TradeTracker. If your account manager asks for it, you can also send a different currency code than the order currency.

Normally you would log in to TradeTracker to check which sales were registered and approved. With the extension, you see it right in Magento. After you enter your TradeTracker Customer ID and Passphrase, a nightly sync adds the TradeTracker Status of each order to the order grid, so you can filter and check your affiliate sales next to all other order data.
Opening an order shows the TradeTracker Conversion tab with the conversion date, campaign, transaction ID, amount, currency and the current status, fetched live from TradeTracker. When TradeTracker has no conversion for an order, the order is marked with No transaction, which makes missing conversions easy to spot.
Cancellations and refunds are passed on automatically
When an order is cancelled, the extension rejects the pending transaction in TradeTracker with the reason order canceled. A full credit memo rejects the transaction as well, and a partial credit memo updates it with the reduced amount. Publishers are paid on sales that were actually completed, without anyone correcting transactions by hand.
Full Control Over Which Products Go Into Your Feed
Configurable, bundle and grouped products each have their own settings. For configurable products you can export the linked simple products with the parent URL, so the link opens the right variant, and fall back to the parent image and parent data when a variant has none.
Filters keep the feed clean: include or exclude categories, filter on visibility, leave out products that are out of stock and build your own rules on any attribute. You can also exclude a single product or a whole category right from the product or category page.
DirectLinking included
Has your TradeTracker account manager asked you to set up DirectLinking? Enable it, enter the URL key you received and the extension handles the redirect location, sets the tracking cookie on your own domain and forwards the visitor through TradeTracker to the right page.

The extension follows standard Magento patterns. The feed is built by a product data service that collects attributes in batches, with configurable batch and preview sizes, and writes the XML to pub/media/tradetracker. Feeds can be generated by cron, from the admin or from the command line with bin/magento tradetracker:feed:create, optionally for one store view with --store-id. The conversion pixel is a plain JavaScript template without RequireJS or Knockout dependencies, rendered through the secure HTML renderer. Order observers handle cancellations and credit memos through the TradeTracker API, and a debug mode with downloadable logs helps when you need to trace a feed or an API call. CI runs coding standard, PHPStan, linting and an end-to-end test suite.
