The Orders Grid shows all marketplace orders received from Channable. Use it to monitor order imports, troubleshoot failed orders, and track the status of your marketplace sales.

Actions
Click the Select dropdown in the Actions column:
View Order - Open the Magento order (if imported)
Re-import - Retry importing a failed order
Filtering
Use the filters at the top to find specific orders:
Filter by Store View to see orders per store
Filter by Import Status to find failed orders
Filter by Channel to see orders from a specific marketplace
Filter by Date Range to narrow down time periods
Use Search for quick text search across all columns
Tips
Check the Error Message column for failed orders to understand what went wrong
Is Test = Yes indicates orders from the test order simulator
Click the order number in Created Order to jump directly to the Magento order
