Channable Orders Grid in Magento 2

The Orders Grid shows all marketplace orders received from Channable. Use it to monitor order imports, troubleshoot failed orders, and track the status of your marketplace sales.
Location: Channable → Channable Orders
Columns
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Channable ID | Unique identifier from Channable |
| Store | Magento store view the order was imported to |
| Channel | Marketplace name (bol.com, Amazon, etc.) |
| Channel ID | Order ID from the marketplace |
| Products | Product names and quantities in the order |
| Customer | Customer name and contact details |
| Billing Address | Billing address details |
| Shipping Address | Shipping address details |
| Price | Order total and pricing breakdown |
| Created Order | Link to the Magento order (if successfully created) |
| Error Message | Error details for failed imports |
| Is Test | Whether this is a test order |
| Created At | When the order was received |
| Updated At | Last update timestamp |
| Import Status | Current status (New, Imported, Error) |
Some columns are hidden by default. Click Columns to show/hide columns.
Import Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Order received, waiting to be processed |
| Imported | Successfully created as Magento order |
| Error | Import failed - check Error Message column |
Actions
Click the Select dropdown in the Actions column:
- View Order - Open the Magento order (if imported)
- Re-import - Retry importing a failed order
Filtering
Use the filters at the top to find specific orders:
- Filter by Store View to see orders per store
- Filter by Import Status to find failed orders
- Filter by Channel to see orders from a specific marketplace
- Filter by Date Range to narrow down time periods
- Use Search for quick text search across all columns
Tips
- Check the Error Message column for failed orders to understand what went wrong
- Is Test = Yes indicates orders from the test order simulator
- Click the order number in Created Order to jump directly to the Magento order
