Orders Grid

The Orders Grid shows all marketplace orders received from Channable. Use it to monitor order imports, troubleshoot failed orders, and track the status of your marketplace sales.

Location: Channable → Channable Orders

Columns

Some columns are hidden by default. Click Columns to show/hide columns.

Import Status

Actions

Click the Select dropdown in the Actions column:

• View Order - Open the Magento order (if imported)
• Re-import - Retry importing a failed order

Filtering

Use the filters at the top to find specific orders:

• Filter by Store View to see orders per store
• Filter by Import Status to find failed orders
• Filter by Channel to see orders from a specific marketplace
• Filter by Date Range to narrow down time periods
• Use Search for quick text search across all columns

Tips

• Check the Error Message column for failed orders to understand what went wrong
• Is Test = Yes indicates orders from the test order simulator
• Click the order number in Created Order to jump directly to the Magento order
