FAQ Manager Configuration Guide
Here's where you'll find all the settings for the FAQ Manager. This guide explains what each option does and when you'd want to use it. The configuration is intentionally minimal — most of the module's power lives in the entity management (topics, FAQs, and pages) rather than in system config. We've organized it by section, same as in the admin panel.

General
Enabled
Turns the FAQ module on or off. When disabled, no FAQ content is rendered on the frontend — product page FAQs, category page FAQs, and standalone FAQ pages will all stop displaying.
Enable FAQs on Product Pages
Controls whether linked FAQs appear on product detail pages. When enabled, any FAQ that has been linked to a specific product will display as an accordion section below the product details.
When to use:
- Enable this if you want to answer product-specific questions directly on the product page (e.g., "What size battery does this use?", "Is this compatible with X?")
- Disable this if you only use FAQ pages and don't want FAQs showing on individual products
Enable FAQs on Category Pages
Controls whether linked FAQs appear on category pages. When enabled, any FAQ linked to a specific category will display below the product listing.
When to use:
- Enable this for category-level questions like "What's the difference between product line A and B?" or "Do all items in this category come with a warranty?"
- Disable this if category pages should only show products
Debug & Logging
Debug Mode
Enables detailed debug logging for the module. When enabled, debug events are written to a dedicated debug log file. Error logging is always active regardless of this setting.
Use the Debug Log and Error Log buttons below this setting to view recent log entries directly in the admin panel without needing SSH access.
