How to get the Feedback Company Client ID and Client Secret

Locate the Feedback Company account details

To obtain your Feedback Company Connector code, Feedback Company ID, Client id, and Client Secret, navigate to;

  1. Login into the Feedback Company portal
  2. Go to the account settings
  3. See the Account and API details, here you will find the needed Client ID and Client Secret.
