Configuration Guide

Complete configuration reference for the Bol.com Integration. This guide explains all settings available at Magmodules → Bol.com → Configuration → Settings.

General

Enabled

Enables or disables the entire Bol.com integration. When disabled, no synchronization or order imports will occur.

Auto Push Offers

When enabled, offers are automatically pushed to Bol.com when products change.

Recommendation: Keep this set to No initially so you can manually review and export offers from the Offers grid. Enable once you're confident your setup is correct.

Mappings

Default Carrier

Select the default shipping carrier you use on Bol.com. This carrier code is sent to Bol.com when exporting shipments.

Available carriers include:

• PostNL
• DHL
• DPD
• Bpost
• And many more...

Advanced Carrier Mapping

Map your Magento shipping methods to Bol.com transporter codes. This is useful when you use different carriers for different shipping methods.

Example:

• flatrate_flatrate → PostNL
• dhl_express → DHL

Cron

Configure automated synchronization schedules.

Import Orders

How often to check for new orders from Bol.com.

Recommendation: Every 15 minutes for timely order processing.

Export Shipments

How often to export new shipments to Bol.com.

Recommendation: Every 15 minutes to keep customers informed.

Import Competing Offers

How often to update competitor pricing information.

Recommendation: Once daily is usually sufficient.

Update Product Data

How often to refresh product ratings from Bol.com.

Recommendation: Once or twice daily.

Process Product Profiles

How often to process product profiles and update offers.

Recommendation: Every hour, or more frequently if you have frequent price/stock changes.

Limits

Batch sizes for various operations. Adjust these based on your server capacity.

Offers Update Batch Size

Number of offers to update per cron run.

Offers Export Batch Size

Number of offers to export per cron run.

Competing Offers Import Batch Size

Number of competing offers to import per cron run.

Create Orders Batch Size

Number of orders to create in Magento per cron run.

Export Shipments Batch Size

Number of shipments to export per cron run.

Export Tracks Batch Size

Number of track & trace records to export per cron run.

Processing Queue Batch Size

Number of queue items to process per cron run.

Keep Log for Days

Number of days to retain log entries before automatic cleanup.

Debug & Logging

Debug Mode

Enable detailed logging for troubleshooting. Logs are written to:

• var/log/bol/debug.log - Debug information
• var/log/bol/error.log - Error messages (always logged)

Recommendation: Keep disabled in production unless troubleshooting.

Bol Shipping Method

Configure the virtual shipping method used for Bol.com orders.

Location: Stores → Configuration → Sales → Shipping Methods → Bol Shipping

Title

The shipping method title shown on orders.

Name

The shipping method name/label.
