The Shipments Grid shows all shipments that need to be or have been exported to Bol.com. When you create a shipment in Magento for a Bol.com order, it appears here for synchronization with the marketplace.
Location: Bol.com → Data → Shipments
Columns

| Shipment Uuid | Bol.com shipment identifier (hidden by default) |
| Bol OrderId | Original Bol.com order ID |
| Magento OrderId | Magento order increment ID |
| Magento ShipmentId | Magento shipment increment ID |
| Error | Error message if export failed |
| Created At | When the shipment was created |
| Updated At | Last update timestamp |
| Status | Export status to Bol.com |
How Shipments Enter This Grid
Shipments are automatically tracked when you ship Bol.com orders:
- A Bol.com order is created in Magento
- You create a shipment for the order in Magento
- The shipment appears in this grid with status "Pending"
- Cron job exports the shipment to Bol.com
- Status updates to "Exported" on success
Requirements:
- Order must be a Bol.com order
- Shipment must be created in Magento
- Export Shipments cron must be enabled
Status Explained
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Shipment created, waiting for export |
| Exported | Successfully sent to Bol.com |
| Error | Export failed - check Error column |
Manual Export
Shipments are exported automatically via cron. To export immediately:
bin/magento magmodules-bol:export-shipments
Tips
- Shipments export automatically - no manual action needed normally
- Check Error column if shipments stay in Pending status
- Ensure carrier mapping is configured correctly
- Track & Trace information is sent separately (see Track & Trace Grid)
