Track & Trace Grid

The Track & Trace Grid shows all tracking information that needs to be or has been exported to Bol.com. When you add a tracking number to a Magento shipment, it appears here for synchronization.

How Tracks Enter This Grid

Tracking information is captured when you add tracking numbers:

1. Create a shipment for a Bol.com order
2. Add tracking number to the shipment in Magento
3. Track record appears in this grid with status "Pending"
4. Cron job exports the tracking info to Bol.com
5. Status updates to "Exported" on success

Requirements:

• Shipment must belong to a Bol.com order
• Tracking number must be added in Magento
• Carrier must be mapped to Bol.com transporter code

Status Explained

Carrier Mapping

The Transporter Code is determined by carrier mapping in configuration. Ensure your Magento carriers are mapped to the correct Bol.com transporter codes.

Common Bol.com transporter codes:

• TNT - TNT/FedEx
• POSTNL - PostNL
• DHL - DHL
• DPD_NL - DPD Netherlands
• DPD_BE - DPD Belgium
• BPOST_BE - Bpost Belgium

Tips

• Tracking exports automatically via cron
• Customers see tracking info on Bol.com after successful export
• If tracks stay pending, check carrier mapping configuration
• Error column shows specific API errors from Bol.com
