How Tracks Enter This Grid
Tracking information is captured when you add tracking numbers:
Create a shipment for a Bol.com order
Add tracking number to the shipment in Magento
Track record appears in this grid with status "Pending"
Cron job exports the tracking info to Bol.com
Status updates to "Exported" on success
Requirements:
Shipment must belong to a Bol.com order
Tracking number must be added in Magento
Carrier must be mapped to Bol.com transporter code

The Transporter Code is determined by carrier mapping in configuration. Ensure your Magento carriers are mapped to the correct Bol.com transporter codes.
